The trial period begins on the delivery date and applies to eligible purchases made directly through Hairinov.

Contact us before day 180
If the product is not right for you, submit a return request before the trial period expires. Include your order information and follow the authorization instructions.
Return the complete device
The cap, controller, adapter, cable, manual and included components must be returned in accordance with the published condition requirements.
This trial is offered by Hairinov and is separate from the manufacturer's one-year warranty for confirmed quality issues.
