Manufacturer warranty
The Laser Cap 272 includes a one-year warranty covering confirmed product quality issues.
How to make a claim
Contact Hairinov with your order number and a clear video explaining and showing the issue. The manufacturer’s quality-control team will assess the claim.
Approved claims
When a manufacturing quality issue is confirmed, a replacement device will be arranged in accordance with the warranty process.
What is not covered
Damage or failure caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, water exposure, accidents or use contrary to the manual is not covered.
The manufacturer warranty is separate from Hairinov's 180-day trial.
