Where is my order?
Once your order leaves the fulfillment facility, Hairinov will send the tracking information associated with the UPS shipment.
If tracking has not updated
Carrier scans can take time to appear. Allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking number before contacting support.

Contact Hairinov with your full name, order number and delivery email address. Never publish your order information publicly.
