One-year limited warranty
The Laser Cap 272 includes a one-year limited warranty covering confirmed manufacturing quality issues. Coverage begins on the date the product ships from the factory. It comes in addition to the 90-day home trial.
How to make a claim
Contact Hairinov with your order number and a clear video explaining and showing the issue. The manufacturer’s quality-control team will assess the claim.
Approved claims
When a manufacturing quality issue is confirmed, a replacement device will be arranged. The defective device does not need to be returned.
What is not covered
Damage or failure caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, water exposure, accidents or use contrary to the manual is not covered.
Hairinov aims to acknowledge after-sales requests within 48 hours after receiving the required order information and video. Review and delivery times may vary.
