RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

90-DAY HOME TRIAL

Every Hairinov Laser Cap 272 purchased on hairinovlaser.com comes with a 90-day home trial. Use the cap at home, following the user manual. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the product price you paid. There is no restocking fee.

How to use your 90-day trial:
- Email us at cholettelyne@gmail.com within 90 days of the delivery date, with your full name and order number.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send the product before receiving these instructions.
- Return the cap with its controller, charger, accessories and original packaging, in good condition apart from normal use.
- Once the returned product is received and checked, the refund of the product price is issued to your original payment method, generally within 10 business days.

Conditions:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
- The trial applies to orders placed on hairinovlaser.com and is limited to one device per customer.
- Products damaged by misuse, accidents, water exposure or unauthorized modifications, or returned incomplete, may be refused or refunded partially to the extent permitted by law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at cholettelyne@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has shipped. Orders that have shipped remain covered by the 90-day home trial.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the device appears to have a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly at cholettelyne@gmail.com with your full name, your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or a video showing the problem.

Manufacturing defects are handled under the Hairinov Laser Cap 272 one-year limited warranty.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The one-year limited warranty begins on the date the product is shipped from the factory. The manufacturer's quality-control team will review the information and video provided. If a manufacturing quality issue is confirmed, a replacement device will be arranged. The defective device does not need to be returned.

Damage or failure caused by misuse, improper handling, water exposure, accidents, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow the user manual or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Hairinov aims to acknowledge after-sales requests within 48 hours after receiving the required order information and supporting video. Review, approval and replacement delivery times may vary.

REFUNDS

A refund may be issued when:
- A return is accepted under the 90-day home trial
- An order is successfully cancelled before shipment
- Hairinov is unable to fulfill the order
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
