1. Overview
This website is operated by NUTRA QUÉBEC INC., doing business as Hairinov Laser (“Hairinov,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to hairinovlaser.com and your purchase and use of products or services offered through the website.
By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, 180-Day Trial terms, Warranty Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. You may not use the website or products for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access or transmit malicious code.
3. Product information and medical disclaimer
We take reasonable steps to present product descriptions, images, specifications and prices accurately. Screen settings and product updates may create minor differences. If information is materially inaccurate, contact us before using the product.
The Hairinov Laser Cap 272 is a medical device. Its FDA-cleared indications, directions, warnings, contraindications and limitations are those stated in the official product labeling and user manual. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Individual results vary.
Read the complete user manual before use and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have questions about whether the device is appropriate for you. Do not use the product outside its authorized indications or contrary to its instructions. More frequent or longer use is not necessarily better and may be inappropriate.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, address restrictions, payment failure, or legal and regulatory reasons.
An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact and shipping information. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.
5. Prices, discounts, taxes and payment
Prices and currency are shown at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable discounts must be entered or applied at checkout and are governed by their stated conditions.
Unless expressly allowed, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Installment-payment options may be offered to eligible customers by an independent payment provider, including Shop Pay Installments where available. Eligibility, approval, payment schedule, disclosures, fees and customer obligations are determined by that provider and presented before purchase.
Hairinov does not make credit decisions and is not the lender. The customer remains responsible for the installment agreement even if a separate return or refund is being processed, subject to the payment provider’s terms.
Taxes, duties or other government charges, if applicable, will be shown or collected as required by law. Customers remain responsible for charges not collected by us where the law places that responsibility on the purchaser.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently sell and ship only to destinations enabled at checkout. Free tracked shipping may be offered within the United States as stated on the website.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, address issues, weather, customs, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The applicable Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Report a missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered shipment promptly using the instructions in the Shipping Policy or Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. 180-Day Trial, returns and refunds
Qualifying purchases may be covered by the Hairinov 180-Day Trial. Eligibility, the start and end of the trial period, required use, return authorization, product condition, included components, return-shipping responsibility and refund exclusions are governed by the published 180-Day Trial and Returns & Refunds policies in effect when the order is placed.
To request a return, contact us before sending the product. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused where permitted by law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, subject to the applicable policy and any non-waivable consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Limited warranty
The product may include a one-year limited warranty, subject to the published Warranty Policy and the documentation supplied with the device.
The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, accidental damage, normal wear or other exclusions stated in the Warranty Policy. Legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, layout and other content are owned by or licensed to Hairinov and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes only. No content may be copied, republished, sold, modified or exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Reviews and user submissions
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, message or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, does not infringe another person’s rights and complies with applicable law.
You grant Hairinov a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to display, reproduce and adapt the submission for website and marketing use, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant or infringing submissions. We will not materially alter the meaning of a review or present a review concerning another product as a review of the Hairinov Laser Cap 272.
11. Third-party services and links
The website relies on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers and shipping carriers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for their acts or omissions except where the law provides otherwise.
12. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the website to violate the law or another person’s rights, submit false information, distribute malware, scrape or copy content at scale, evade security controls, interfere with another user’s access, or resell the product unlawfully or in a manner inconsistent with its regulatory status.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the express limited warranty and any rights that cannot be excluded by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
We do not guarantee any particular medical, cosmetic or hair-growth result.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hairinov and its officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the website or a product.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. This section does not exclude liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Hairinov against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
The courts of Quebec will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives the customer the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact cholettelyne@gmail.com so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. This clause does not restrict any non-waivable consumer right or lawful access to a regulator or court.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when an order is placed governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
These Terms and the incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning use of the website and purchases, except for any separate written agreement that expressly applies.
